Shipping Information

Where do you ship?

We currently ship anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska!

How much does shipping cost?

Your shipping cost will be automatically calcuated when you view your cart.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. After shipping, most orders arrive within 5-7 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet, but we’re working on it!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of your purchase date. Items must be unused, unwashed, free from strong odors and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Fabric yardage cut off the bolt is not eligible for return or exchange as they are cut to your order.

How do I start a return?

Email us at hello@habernashery.com with your order number and reason for the return.

We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
